This is a new option, so I am sure there will be tweaks to the process. This is what I have come up with so far:
1. Once you find a piece of Opal Rough, Contact Me and tell me which piece you want and what you want made. Or, you can contact me about and request an Opal & I will cut from my great stock rough - guarantee sparkle.
Let Me Know:
- What Shape
- What Size
2. I will let you know if I can do it. If "yes", purchase the piece and whatever else you want. - Only 1 piece per piece of Rough.
3. After I am done working on the piece, I will invoice you for the work on the final piece.
4. Once paid, I will ship everything together.
5. With anything custom, tweaks may be necessary. If a piece you receive is not quite cut to fit what you need and you want me to make an adjustment, ship it back at your cost. I will fix it and ship it back to you. I pay the shipping back to you.
6. Lastly, mistakes happen. I only get one shot at developing a Rough from the website. If you purchase an item to be customized and I am unable to complete the job, you will be refunded asap.
